How long does it take to get braids done?
It depends on the style and length you choose. On average, appointments take between 2 to 6 hours.
Do I need to come with my hair washed?
Yes, please come with clean, dry, and stretched hair if possible. If you'd like us to prep your hair, let us know in advance (an extra fee may apply).
Is the discount automatically applied?
Yes, the 10% discount is automatically applied when you book during the promo period (ends 30 June).
Can I book now and come later?
Absolutely! As long as you book before 30 June, you can select any available appointment date—even in July.
Do you braid children’s hair?
Yes, we offer braid styles for children aged 6 and up. Please mention their age and style preference when booking.
What if I want to cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in a deposit loss. Please see our full policy on the booking page.
